ilmi was established to enable young and lifelong learners of all abilities across Saudi Arabia.

It will work to reform perceptions of informal learning and unlock a passion for knowledge through the co-creation approach, a collaborative system that responds to the needs of the new generation.

ilmi was created by HRH Princess Sara Bint Mashhour Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, supported by the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” as a subsidiary, and operates in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City in Riyadh.

A national monument to innovation, ilmi takes learners on an interactive journey that enriches knowledge within STREAM fields (science, technology, reading, engineering, arts, and mathematics) through the co-creation approach — a collaborative system that responds to the needs of the new generation. ilmi offers engaging scenarios that link learning to daily life, helping prepare young people for the new science-and-technology-driven era, and empowering them to perceive their role in shaping a brighter future.
